Abstract

This article details the implementation of the PointNet algorithm developed for Point Cloud
classification and segmentation. We give the details of the implemented model from scratch
which can be easily replicated and can be molded according to the readers wish. This article
also connects the implementation with the research article on PointNet. Paper further consists
of custom developed classification model using CNN. All the implementation consider Colab
platform by Google.
